You arranged the funeral for my step-father David Starkie 3 years ago, which is why we called on your services again for my grandad. Even though you must attend many funerals daily, you made us feel like we are the only ones, your dignity is second to none and I just wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to you all for both of the funerals you arranged for us, you truly are wonderful.
